What do you mean by HSP?

HSP stands for Highly Sensitive People. It's similarly recognised as SPS or Sensory Processing Sensitivity.

HSPs absorb an incredible amount of information, through
all of their senses, all of the time.

We notice things others do not, and we feel more deeply. We are so empathetic that we feel on behalf of other people,
animals, and inanimate objects. It gets exhausting!

I'm AmyLou, I live on Whadjuk Boodjar Nyoongar
